Business Continuity Disaster Recovery, Nigerian Stock Exchange

Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Conducted and completed a Current State Assessment of the NSE facilities. In order to complete the study, developed a custom questionnaire to supplement key interviews. The information gathered was compared to industry best practices to develop a gap analysis and road-map. The assessment was funded by the USTDA (US Trade and Development Authority) in order to facilitate NSE growth.

 

FDA Compliance Project Management, Teleflex Medical

Supported management and design controls projects to assist the client company emerge from an FDA Corporate Warning Letter. The projects were defined to review, revise, implement and ensure that quality processes and procedures associated with the Quality System Regulation, 21 CFR 820, subpart B are FDA compliant and operable.

Established formal Inspection program to focus on Requirement document improvement and improved defect detection and removal.

Documented and evaluated lessons learned focused on definitions, resources and controls to improve quality system training and improve consistency and quality of Risk Management. Developed and documented improved process workflow, RACI diagram, quality system procedures, planning, training and support templates and checklist guideline materials.
