Responsible for the administrative oversight for the Department of Public Works Bureau of Sanitation’s $150 million Wastewater Program that is comprised of the Wastewater Collection Systems Division, Wastewater Engineering Services Division, Industrial Waste Management Division, and the Watershed Protection Division.  (This wastewater system is the largest in the world.)  In this capacity, supervised the 38 clerical and professional staff that provided support services in the areas of budgeting, purchasing, personnel, mandated training (confined spaces, hazardous materials, etc.), contract development, and facilities management to these Divisions.  In addition, provided technical assistance and project management for issues which included but were not limited to the Sewer System Management Plan, the Integrated Resources Plan, Onsite Waste Treatment Systems, and the Fats, Oils, and Grease Program.
