Responsibilities included the management of the measurements lab within a tier one automotive supplier, producing fuel injectors, rails and regulators. Lab performed measurements to sub-micron level and maintained TS-16949 registration, along with ISO 17025 branch certification.

Developed, maintained, and supported systems to ensure quality of product audits, process capabilities, and annual layouts as required by TS-16949 and customer specific requirements.
Measurements performed included form, position and size; utilizing form testers, surface profilometers, coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, and vision machines.
Calibration database included over 2000 gauges, including MSA requirements.
Closely intervened with customer engineering and quality departments to develop new products, implement engineering changes, and continuous improvement activities.
