Managed the production of commercial blind fasteners. Responsibilities included establishing make to forecast production plans, process improvement, cost reduction, and manpower planning.

Originated, trained and led a product focused decentralized team of engineers, planners, production supervision, maintenance technicians, tooling technicians, machine setup operators and, inspection.

Empowered the workforce, and facilitated the transfer of a batch manufactured business into a highly enhanced cellularized product focused factory.
